“A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom” - Dr. Joe Dispenza
Psychedelics reliably give us unbridled access to our memories—often delivered on a silver platter are our hidden traumas inaccessible to our normal waking state. The peak experience can mobilize toxicity—But only through integrating our insights into our day-to-day do we sustainably release the emotion charge of our traumas. Integration means to make whole. It's only through the practice of integration, processing our emotions that we become wise and soulful. I think this step gets forgotten cause its the hard part. Bypassing this step, however, shortchanges and significantly robs us of the full experience.
